This house was built around 1900 by the art restorer and honorary citizen Josef Sailer (1876 – 1958). It was rebuilt into apartments and is now led by his great-granddaughter Natalie Schönegger. The villa St. Oswald with altogether 5 apartments is located in the centre. It is one of the most beautiful houses in the originally architectural style of the village- if not the most beautiful one.
